Our solutions are built on Google Cloud Platform using Vertex.ai, a single environment for efficiently building and managing the lifecycle of machine learning projects. Our birds-eye-view network takes data from multiple internal and external data sources with structured and unstructured data sets from tertiary databases, videos, photos, emails, documents as well as Internet of Things (IoT) devices. Our network learns from these most complicated and diverse data sources and iteratively trains to improve tensors (predictions) to facilitate faster and better decision making.
We develop all the core algorithms that manage the rental process. In order to train neural networks to predict tenant referencing and credit risk algorithmically, we combine information from credit histories and behavioural indicators. Using state-of-the-art techniques, we are building a robust decision-making system that operates in complicated real-world situations under uncertainty.
Throughput, latency, correctness, and determinism are the main metrics we optimize our code for. We build our software foundations up from the lowest levels of the stack, tightly integrating with our custom applications.
Fast, memory-efficient low-level code to capture high-frequency, high-volume data from disparate sources and sensors to put information directly to our human Hosts on the ground, giving the best service experience for renters.
The culmination of the above technologies is RAIA™, our Rental Artificial Intelligence Assistant. Developed using the next generation of automation, RAIA™ is capable of performing tasks previously performed by human administrators and managers removing repetitive, menial tasks prone to misuse. Agents are now free to focus on social intelligence and human interaction providing a hospitalit- led service.
